Before you decide
Is it right for you?
We tell you frankly when this treatment is a good option and when we'd rather assess you first.
Ideal if…
- You want to stimulate your scalp without needles
- You notice thinner hair or more hair loss than usual
- You want a complement to mesotherapy, PRP or exosomes
- Your hair feels weaker and you want to take care of it
- You prefer a comfortable treatment with no downtime
We assess you first if…
- You have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device
- You're pregnant
- There is an active infection or wound on your scalp
- You want to restore areas without active follicles: for those, what we consider is a hair transplant
Before you decide
The questions we hear most, answered straight.
- Does it hurt, or will I feel anything?
- It usually doesn't hurt. You feel gentle warmth on your scalp that most patients find relaxing. We adjust the intensity to your tolerance, and you can let us know if you'd prefer less heat.
- How long does the effect last?
- The stimulation builds up session after session. Whether the result lasts depends on the cause of your hair loss and on continuing with your hair plan. At your follow-up visits, based on your progress, we tell you whether it's a good idea to repeat a series later on.
- Are there side effects or recovery time?
- No recovery is needed: you go back to your routine that same day. For a short while after the session, the area may look slightly red or feel warm, and that goes away on its own.

What it is and how it works
INDIBA for hair
This is radiofrequency: energy that gently warms tissue from within. Applied to the scalp with INDIBA, that heat boosts blood flow and oxygenation around the follicles. It's a non-invasive treatment that feels warm and pleasant.
We recommend it as a complement for people who notice thinner hair or more hair loss, want to stimulate the scalp without needles, or want to boost the results of mesotherapy, PRP or exosomes. Where follicles have stopped working, it doesn't grow new hair; for those areas, a hair transplant is considered. We don't apply it if you have a pacemaker or another implanted device, during pregnancy, or if there is an infection or wound on the scalp.
Each session lasts about 30 minutes, and you get back to your routine right away. Results build up over the series, and we follow your progress. The 10-session package starts at $800.000.

Your session
Step by step
Here's how your treatment goes, from the consultation to the follow-up visit.
- 01
Initial hair assessment
With the help of the hair analyzer, we examine your scalp, identify the type of hair loss and decide what role INDIBA plays in your hair plan.
After a medical consultation
- 02
INDIBA session
We glide the radiofrequency device over your scalp with gentle movements. It feels pleasantly warm, and you can relax throughout the session.
Approx. 30 min
- 03
Full series and follow-up visits
You complete the 10 sessions in the package at the recommended frequency, and at your follow-up visits we check how your hair and scalp are progressing.

Care before and after
The same recommendations we give you at the clinic.
Before
- 01Whenever possible, arrive with clean skin: no creams, oils, self-tanners or cosmetics on the area to be treated.
- 02Avoid alcohol during the 24 to 48 hours before your appointment.
- 03Stay well hydrated before and after: drink 1 to 2 liters of water per day to promote an optimal tissue response.
- 04Tell us if you have wounds, an active infection, dermatitis, inflammation, significant pain, known allergies or marked sensitivity in the area.
- 05Let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a pacemaker, electronic or metallic implants in the area, altered sensation, significant vascular disease, a bleeding disorder or any other relevant medical condition.
- 06If you have had recent procedures in the area (surgery, liposuction, fillers, biostimulators, laser or radiofrequency), let us know so we can define the ideal timing.
- 07Read and sign the informed consent once all your questions have been answered.
After
- 01Avoid intense exercise, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis, swimming pools and intense heat during the first 24 hours.
- 02Stay well hydrated and follow the diet, physical activity and lifestyle guidance provided by your physician to optimize results.
- 03Apply sunscreen if the treated area is exposed and avoid intense direct sun exposure if redness is present.
- 04Resume your normal routine the same day: Indiba requires no downtime or recovery period.
- 05Results are progressive and depend on the treatment goal; several sessions are generally required.
What's normal and what to expect
It is normal to experience redness, local warmth, sensitivity, mild swelling, a feeling of pressure or temporary discomfort in the treated area.
The sensation of deep warmth during the session is part of the therapeutic effect and is usually pleasant and relaxing.
Results build session by session: improved firmness, texture and contour throughout the treatment plan. We support you at every follow-up to assess your progress.

How much does the INDIBA hair package cost?
The 10-session package starts at $800.000 COP. It covers INDIBA hair device therapy at each session, care instructions and follow-up; we set the frequency and its place within your plan during your consultation.
Does it hurt, or will I feel anything?
It usually doesn't hurt. You feel gentle warmth on your scalp that most patients find relaxing. We adjust the intensity to your tolerance, and you can let us know if you'd prefer less heat.
How many sessions are there, and how often?
There are 10 sessions, which we usually schedule once or twice a week. The exact pace depends on your diagnosis and the other treatments in your hair plan, and we set it during your consultation.
How soon will changes be noticeable?
Hair changes slowly because it depends on its growth cycle. Improvement shows gradually as the sessions progress and becomes more noticeable in the months that follow.
How long does the effect last?
The stimulation builds up session after session. Whether the result lasts depends on the cause of your hair loss and on continuing with your hair plan. At your follow-up visits, based on your progress, we tell you whether it's a good idea to repeat a series later on.
Are there side effects or recovery time?
No recovery is needed: you go back to your routine that same day. For a short while after the session, the area may look slightly red or feel warm, and that goes away on its own.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Yes. It works well alongside treatments that act on the follicle from a different angle, such as mesotherapy, PRP or hair exosomes. During your consultation, we decide the order and frequency of each one.
Who can't have INDIBA hair therapy?
We rule it out if you have a pacemaker or another implanted device, if you're pregnant, or if your scalp has an active wound or infection. We evaluate metal implants or other medical conditions with you during your consultation.
