What it is and how it works
Targeted fat reduction with phosphatidylcholine
Phosphatidylcholine is injected with fine needles into the fatty tissue of specific areas. It causes expected inflammation in the area, which is part of how it works, so it's normal for the area to feel swollen and tender for a few days. To support the process, the package adds drainage, massage and device-based treatments based on what each patient needs.
It's indicated for small pockets of fat when your weight is stable and close to your goal, and you can attend the complementary sessions. It doesn't work for overall weight loss. It's ruled out during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with a local infection, allergy to its ingredients, or uncontrolled liver or kidney disease. Results vary from person to person.
Each session lasts 20 to 40 minutes, and swelling usually lasts 2 to 5 days. The package includes 2 sessions of 6 vials, 2 drainage sessions, 4 massages and device-based treatments, starting at $1.400.000. Results show gradually, over weeks.
