First step
Booking and your first visit
How do I book an appointment?
Message us on WhatsApp at +57 300 244 0656. You can also leave your details in the form on our contact page, which opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send. We're open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m..
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. All of our treatments start with a medical consultation where we review your medical history, listen to what you want to achieve, and determine whether the procedure is right for you.
How long does the consultation take?
About 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your case. During that time, we review your medical history, examine the area you're concerned about, and explain the plan and its cost.
What is the first appointment like?
It's a medical consultation: we review your medical history, listen to what you'd like to achieve and decide whether a treatment is right for you. Everything starts with a consultation, not a catalog: we analyze your skin and scalp before recommending any treatment. Then we recommend only what your case needs, with clear sessions, timelines and prices from the start.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, at no cost, with at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations or no-shows without notice may be charged up to 50% of the booked service; cases of force majeure are reviewed individually. You'll find the details in our refund policy.

Medical judgment
Safety
Is it safe to have an aesthetic treatment?
Every treatment starts with a medical consultation where we review your medical history and decide whether the procedure is right for you. The clinic is led by Dr. Daniela Díez, a physician licensed in Argentina and Colombia. If a treatment isn't right for your case, we'll tell you honestly.
What products do you use?
Original products registered with INVIMA: every product we use is original and has INVIMA health registration. We choose them based on your case, and during your consultation we tell you which one we'll use.
Who shouldn't have a treatment?
It depends on each procedure. Most of our treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection in the area to be treated, or with an allergy to any of the ingredients; some also have their own contraindications. We review this in your medical history during your consultation.
Does it hurt?
It depends on the treatment. With injectables you feel small pinpricks, and minor procedures use local anesthesia, so what you feel most is the anesthetic going in. Most patients describe it as tolerable; each treatment page explains what to expect.
Are there side effects?
With injectables, the most common are redness, tenderness or a small bruise at the injection site, which go away within hours or a few days. Serious complications are uncommon; during your consultation we explain the ones for your treatment and the warning signs.
What to expect
Natural-looking results
Will my result look natural?
That's the goal. We aim to soften and balance without changing your face or freezing your expression: the plan respects your features, and the limits of each case are discussed during your consultation.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
It depends on the treatment and on each person. Some examples from our treatment pages: Botox: From day 5; lasts 3 to 5 months. Hyaluronic acid: Immediate; lasts months. Chemical peel: Brighter skin after peeling.
Can I see other patients' results?
Yes. On our treatment pages we publish before and after photos of clinic patients who agreed to share them. Results vary from case to case.
After your treatment
Recovery and aftercare
How much recovery time do I need?
It varies a lot from one treatment to another. According to our treatment pages: Botox: You're back to your routine the same day. Hyaluronic acid: Back to your routine in 24 to 48 hours. Fractional CO2 laser: Scabs and peeling for 7 to 14 days. Cryolipolysis (Cryonic): You're back to your routine the same day. FUE hair transplant: Light routine within a few days.
What care do I need before and after?
Each treatment page includes its before and after care. During your consultation we explain it based on your case.
