What it is and how it works
Facial tightening with calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse / Facetem)
Calcium hydroxylapatite reaches the skin as microspheres inside a gel that the body reabsorbs. Once applied, it gives the area immediate support and, over the following weeks, stimulates the formation of collagen and elastin. The result is tighter, better-quality skin, with smaller-looking pores and softer fine lines.
We recommend it for mild to moderate facial sagging, enlarged pores or fine lines, and also for the hands, neck or chest. If the sagging is very significant, your consultation may point you toward surgery, and if you want lip volume, hyaluronic acid is the right tool. We don't use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with infection in the area or with uncontrolled autoimmune disease.
The session takes 30 to 45 minutes; one is almost always enough. You continue with your activities with light aftercare, and the improvement builds over weeks. Pricing starts at $2.500.000, with a follow-up visit; the amount of product and the areas are set during your consultation.
