Before you decide
Is it right for you?
We tell you frankly when this treatment is a good option and when we'd rather assess you first.
Ideal if…
- Your skin looks dull or has a rough texture
- You're concerned about superficial dark spots or mild acne marks
- You want your pores to be less noticeable and your tone to look more even
- You'd like to add a complement to your dark spot or acne plan
- You're able to strictly protect yourself from the sun
We assess you first if…
- You have irritated skin, wounds, or active herpes
- You're pregnant or breastfeeding
- Your skin is dark or pigments easily: during your consultation we decide whether it's suitable and which peel to use
- You'll be exposed to the sun in the days afterward
Before you decide
The questions we hear most, answered straight.
- Does it hurt?
- While the product works, you feel burning or itching, which usually lasts a few minutes until we neutralize or remove it. Over the following days your skin feels tight and sensitive.
- How long do the results last?
- The glow and smoothness last longer if you use sunscreen and follow a good routine. Since your skin keeps renewing itself and getting sun, for texture and dark spots we usually recommend a series of sessions with maintenance.

How we do it at Quantum
A medical protocol, not a catalog
Every plan starts with a consultation: we listen to what you want to achieve, review your medical history and decide whether this treatment is right for you.
- 01
Medical consultation
Before any treatment is applied, we review your case and explain what is possible and what isn't.
- 02
D10 Facial Scanner
Everything starts with a consultation, not a catalog: we analyze your skin and scalp before recommending any treatment.
- 03
Follow-up visit
We review the result with you and adjust the plan if needed.
What it is and how it works
Chemical peel
It helps when your skin feels dull or rough, with visible pores or an uneven tone: after a few days of peeling, a brighter, smoother surface appears.
It's also a tool within plans for superficial dark spots, mild acne marks, and acne, always with strict sun protection.
- 01More radiant skin
- 02Smoother texture
- 03Helps with mild dark spots
- 04A peel chosen for you
Your session
Step by step
Here's how your treatment goes, from the consultation to the follow-up visit.
- 01
Choosing the peel with a facial analyzer
We study your skin with the facial analyzer, along with your phototype and how easily you develop pigmentation, and use that to choose the type of peel and its intensity.
Medical consultation before starting
- 02
In-office application
After cleansing and degreasing your skin, we leave the peel on for the time set by the protocol and then neutralize or remove it. You may feel brief burning or itching.
30 to 45 min
- 03
Care during peeling
We teach you how to care for your skin while it peels: which products to apply and which to avoid. Then we review the results and decide whether another session is needed.
At-home care guidelines
Safety and natural results
Less is more
We want you to look like yourself, at your best. These are the criteria we follow in every session.
Original products registered with INVIMA
- 01
Intensity matched to your phototype
When skin is dark or prone to pigmentation, we choose more cautiously or suggest an alternative.
- 02
Exact timing
We apply the product and neutralize or remove it exactly at the time set by the protocol.
- 03
Medical history reviewed
We ask about herpes, the medications you take, and any dark spots that appeared after other treatments, since these change the indication and the aftercare.
- 04
Peeling you can plan for
Before the session, you know your skin will peel for several days, so you can plan your schedule.

Frequently asked questions
We answer your questions
Have another question? Message us on WhatsApp and our medical team will answer.
How much does a peel cost?
Each session starts at $380.000. That price covers the medical consultation beforehand, the procedure, and your aftercare guidelines. During your consultation, we decide which peel to use and how many sessions you need.
Does it hurt?
While the product works, you feel burning or itching, which usually lasts a few minutes until we neutralize or remove it. Over the following days your skin feels tight and sensitive.
How many days will I peel, and what effects can there be?
It's usually several days, depending on the intensity. First the skin turns red and then it peels, either finely or in sheets, with sensitivity and burning. Less often, breakouts or dark spots appear, or herpes comes back in people who have had it before.
How soon will I see results?
Once the peeling is over, your skin looks smoother and more radiant. For dark spots and marks, improvement usually takes several sessions.
How long do the results last?
The glow and smoothness last longer if you use sunscreen and follow a good routine. Since your skin keeps renewing itself and getting sun, for texture and dark spots we usually recommend a series of sessions with maintenance.
How many sessions will I need?
If you're looking for radiance, one session may be enough; for mild marks and dark spots, several spaced-out sessions are typical. During your consultation, we set how many and how often, based on your skin.
Who shouldn't have it?
We rule it out during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if there's irritated skin, active herpes, or wounds, or if you'll be getting sun. Dark skin or skin prone to pigmentation has a higher risk of hyperpigmentation; during your consultation we decide whether it's suitable and which type is best.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Yes. It's part of protocols such as the acne treatment or the mesotherapy dark spot treatment, and it can be alternated with facial cleansings. We plan the timing between treatments so your skin doesn't get irritated.
