Non-surgical rhinoplasty
Non-surgical rhinoplasty doesn't make the nose smaller: it adds volume where the profile sits below its ideal line. This disguises a hump, improves the angle between the nose and lip, or gives more support to a droopy tip, so the profile looks straighter and more proportioned. It doesn't correct breathing problems or replace a rhinoplasty.
It's for people who want to improve their profile without surgery or try a change before considering one. If you want a smaller nose or narrower nostrils, we'll point you toward another option, such as alarplasty. Recent nose surgery, unevaluated breathing problems, pregnancy or breastfeeding mean we need to wait.
The procedure takes 30 to 45 minutes, the change is visible from day one and you're back to your routine in 24 to 48 hours. Because of the nose's blood supply, we explain the warning signs before you leave. Pricing starts at $1.300.000, with one syringe included.

- 01Whenever possible, arrive with clean skin: no makeup, creams, sunscreen or oils on the nose or surrounding area.
- 02Avoid alcohol during the 24 to 48 hours before your appointment.
- 03Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen and other anti-inflammatory medications for 2 to 5 days beforehand, provided your physician approves, as they increase the risk of bruising.
- 04If you take anticoagulants or have a bleeding disorder, please let us know before the procedure.
- 05Tell us if you have wounds, an active infection or herpes, dermatitis, inflammatory acne, known allergies or significant sensitivity in the area.
- 06Let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have any autoimmune condition.
- 07Very important: tell us if you have had rhinoplasty, fillers or other nasal procedures, or plan nasal surgery in the future, so we can define the ideal timing.
- 08Read and sign the informed consent once all your questions have been answered.
After
- 01During the first 24 to 48 hours, do not press, massage or manipulate the nose.
- 02Avoid wearing glasses (sunglasses or prescription) that rest on the treated area for the first few days.
- 03Avoid sleeping face down the first few nights to keep pressure off the nose.
- 04Avoid intense exercise, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis and intense heat during the first 24 to 48 hours.
- 05Avoid intense direct sun exposure; use sunscreen once the area allows it.
- 06You may wear makeup after 4 to 6 hours, always gently and without rubbing the area.
What's normal and what to expect
It is normal to experience mild redness, sensitivity, slight swelling or small bruises at the injection points; these usually settle within a few days.
The result is visible immediately and settles as swelling subsides over the first week. It typically lasts 9 to 12 months, depending on the product, technique and each patient.

Can it make my nose smaller?
No. Hyaluronic acid adds volume: it disguises the hump and supports the tip, but it doesn't reduce size. To make the nose smaller, the option is surgery.
