Before you decide
Is it right for you?
We tell you frankly when this treatment is a good option and when we'd rather assess you first.
Ideal if…
- Your under-eyes are hollow and cast a shadow even when you're well rested
- People tell you that you look tired when you're not
- Not even concealer can hide that shadow
- You'd like a fresher look without surgery
We assess you first if…
- Your dark circles are mainly due to color or pigmentation, which usually respond better to other treatments
- You have noticeable under-eye bags or fluid retention in the area
- The skin under your eyes is very thin and has significant sagging
- You're pregnant or breastfeeding
Before you decide
The questions we hear most, answered straight.
- Does it hurt?
- You'll feel pressure and a few small pricks. Almost all patients describe it as mild, manageable discomfort.
- How long does it last?
- Usually anywhere from several months to about a year, depending on the product and your metabolism.

What it is and how it works
Under-eye filler with hyaluronic acid
Dark circles can come from pigmentation, from bags, or from hollowness. The last kind appears when the groove under the eye deepens and casts a shadow, even if you sleep well. In that case we apply small amounts of hyaluronic acid gradually to smooth the transition from the lower eyelid to the cheek, so your eyes look fresher and more even.
It's the right treatment for hollow under-eyes that concealer can't hide. If yours are mostly about color, if there are bags or fluid retention, or if the skin is very thin with significant sagging, other options usually work better. We don't do it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
The session takes 30 to 45 minutes and you're back to your routine in 24 to 48 hours. Some swelling or a mild bruise is normal for the first few days, and we explain the warning signs because this is a delicate area. The effect lasts for months, and pricing starts at $1.200.000 per syringe.
- 01A more rested look
- 02Less under-eye shadow
- 03Careful technique
- 04No surgery
Your session
Step by step
Here's how your treatment goes, from the consultation to the follow-up visit.
- 01
Diagnosing your type of dark circles
With the facial analyzer and a clinical exam, we identify which type of dark circles you have (hollow, pigmented or with bags) and whether hyaluronic acid is right for you.
Medical assessment before treatment
- 02
Careful application
We place small amounts of hyaluronic acid gradually, using the technique our medical team chooses for this very delicate area.
30 to 45 min
- 03
Results and follow-up
The shadow fades soon, and the result settles once the swelling goes down. We explain your aftercare and when to come back for your follow-up visit.

- 01
Identifying the cause
If your dark circles aren't caused by hollowness, we won't fill them: we'll guide you to the option that actually works.
- 02
Small amounts, sound judgment
Under the eye, any excess shows, so we take a conservative approach.
- 03
An area that calls for the utmost care
Because it's so close to the eye, the procedure is performed by our medical team, led by Dr. Daniela Díez, our medical director.
- 04
We explain the warning signs
We tell you clearly what to expect and which symptoms require immediate medical attention.

What's normal and what to expect
It is normal to experience redness, swelling, sensitivity, small bruises, a feeling of pressure, pinpoint injection marks or small raised areas in the following days.
With skin booster treatments, you may notice small bumps or superficial irregularities that usually improve gradually within a few days.
Results develop gradually and depend on the product, the treated area, skin quality and your individual response. Multiple sessions may be required.
We look forward to seeing you for your follow-up appointment as recommended by your physician to evaluate your progress and determine the continuation of your treatment.

How much does under-eye treatment with hyaluronic acid cost?
Each syringe starts at $1.200.000. Before treatment, your consultation confirms that your dark circles are the kind that respond to it.
Does it work for all types of dark circles?
No. It gives the best results on hollow under-eyes. Pigmented dark circles or those with bags usually respond better to other options, such as under-eye mesotherapy; we'll tell you during your consultation.
Does it hurt?
You'll feel pressure and a few small pricks. Almost all patients describe it as mild, manageable discomfort.
How long does it last?
Usually anywhere from several months to about a year, depending on the product and your metabolism.
Can it look puffy?
Some swelling is normal in the first few days. To avoid a puffy look, we use small amounts and apply them gradually.
What side effects can it cause?
Swelling, tenderness or mild bruising that goes away within days is common. A serious complication is rare, although it can happen; we explain which warning signs to watch for.
When can't it be done?
We don't recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection in the area, with uncontrolled autoimmune diseases, or if you're allergic to any of its components.
