How we do it at Quantum
A medical protocol, not a catalog
Every plan starts with a consultation: we listen to what you want to achieve, review your medical history and decide whether this treatment is right for you.
- 01
Medical consultation
Before any treatment is applied, we review your case and explain what is possible and what isn't.
- 02
D10 Facial Scanner
Everything starts with a consultation, not a catalog: we analyze your skin and scalp before recommending any treatment.
- 03
Follow-up visit
We review the result with you and adjust the plan if needed.
What it is and how it works
Midface support
The midface is the area between the eyelids and the mouth. Over time the cheek loses volume and the tissues descend: folds deepen, the under-eye area hollows and the face looks flatter. By placing hyaluronic acid at strategic points, we restore that volume and support the skin from its foundation.
We recommend it if you notice your cheeks have lost shape and several lines have deepened at once. Unlike cheekbone definition, which aims to enhance, the goal here is to restore what was lost. If there's very significant sagging, or you're pregnant or breastfeeding, we look for another option first.
The procedure takes 30 to 60 minutes, results are visible from day one, and you're back to your routine in 24 to 48 hours. It lasts for months. Pricing starts at $1.200.000 per syringe, and most cases need about 2; we confirm this with the facial analyzer during your consultation.
- 01Restored structure
- 02A better-supported face
- 03Softer folds and shadows
- 04No surgery

What's normal and what to expect
It is normal to experience redness, swelling, sensitivity, small bruises, a feeling of pressure, pinpoint injection marks or small raised areas in the following days.
With skin booster treatments, you may notice small bumps or superficial irregularities that usually improve gradually within a few days.
Results develop gradually and depend on the product, the treated area, skin quality and your individual response. Multiple sessions may be required.
We look forward to seeing you for your follow-up appointment as recommended by your physician to evaluate your progress and determine the continuation of your treatment.

How much does midface support cost?
Each syringe starts at $1.200.000. The midface usually needs about 2 syringes; we set the exact amount during your consultation.
Why is it priced per syringe?
Because every face loses volume differently. We quote based on what your case needs.
How is it different from cheekbone definition?
With cheekbone definition, we aim to enhance the cheekbones. With midface support, on the other hand, we restore lost volume and support the area, which often improves dark circles and folds.
Does it hurt?
You'll feel pressure and a few pricks. Almost all patients describe it as tolerable discomfort.
How long does it last?
Usually anywhere from several months to about a year, depending on the product and your metabolism.
What side effects can it cause?
It's common to have swelling, tenderness or a mild bruise that go away within days. A serious complication is uncommon; even so, we explain which warning signs to watch for.
When can't it be done?
We don't recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection in the area, with uncontrolled autoimmune diseases, or if you're allergic to any of its components.
