What it is and how it works
Facial PRP (platelet-rich plasma)
Platelet-rich plasma comes from your own blood: after a small draw, we use a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich portion and apply it to your skin. It provides growth factors that support collagen production, hydration, and repair. Since the material is your own, the chance of allergy is very low.
It works well on dull, dehydrated, or tired skin, with fine lines or uneven texture, and as a complement to microneedling. If you have clotting or platelet disorders, take blood thinners, or have significant anemia, we assess you first. We also don't perform it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if the area has an infection, or if an autoimmune disease is not under control.
The session takes 45 to 60 minutes, and you may have small dots or mild bruising for a few days. 2 to 3 sessions are typical, and improvement is gradual, over weeks. Prices start at $300.000 per area: face, eye area, neck, or chest.

Here's how your treatment goes, from the consultation to the follow-up visit.

Consultation with an analyzer and sample collection
We scan your skin with the facial analyzer, review your medical history with you to rule out contraindications, and draw a small blood sample, just like a lab test.

Processing and application
We centrifuge the sample so the platelet-rich plasma is separated and concentrated; then we apply it to the agreed area with microneedling or micro-injections, as planned.

We rule it out during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an uncontrolled autoimmune disease, with an infection in the area, or if you have any platelet or clotting disorder.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Yes. It's often combined with microneedling, which helps the plasma penetrate better. Depending on your goals, it can also be part of a plan with plasma fibroblast or NCTF; we decide this during your consultation.
