Before you decide
Is it right for you?
We tell you frankly when this treatment is a good option and when we'd rather assess you first.
Ideal if…
- You see deep folds between your nose and the corners of your mouth
- You feel those folds make you look tired or stern
- You'd like to soften them while keeping your expression
- You prefer a natural result, without too much filler
We assess you first if…
- The fold comes from significant sagging that needs a different approach first
- You expect to completely erase a fold that's part of your natural expression
- You're pregnant or breastfeeding
Before you decide
The questions we hear most, answered straight.
- Does it hurt?
- You'll feel pressure and a few pricks. Topical numbing cream can be used, and almost all patients describe it as mild, manageable discomfort.
- How long does it last?
- Usually several months; it depends on the product, your metabolism and how much the area moves.

How we do it at Quantum
A medical protocol, not a catalog
Every plan starts with a consultation: we listen to what you want to achieve, review your medical history and decide whether this treatment is right for you.
- 01
Medical consultation
Before any treatment is applied, we review your case and explain what is possible and what isn't.
- 02
D10 Facial Scanner
Everything starts with a consultation, not a catalog: we analyze your skin and scalp before recommending any treatment.
- 03
Follow-up visit
We review the result with you and adjust the plan if needed.
What it is and how it works
Nasolabial folds
The nasolabial fold is a normal part of facial expression, but over time it can deepen even at rest and make you look tired or stern. We place hyaluronic acid in the fold to soften it; the goal is to soften it, never erase it, because an overfilled fold shows.
Often the fold sinks because the cheek no longer supports it the way it used to. So we assess your whole face: in some cases, treating the cheek too gives a more natural result than filling only the fold. If the main cause is significant sagging, or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, we'll suggest a different path.
The treatment takes 30 to 45 minutes, the change is immediate, and you're back to your routine in 24 to 48 hours. The effect lasts several months, depending on the product and how much the area moves. Pricing starts at $1.200.000 per syringe.

Your session
Step by step
Here's how your treatment goes, from the consultation to the follow-up visit.
- 01
Diagnosis with the facial analyzer
We assess the fold and the support of the midface to decide whether softening it is enough or a broader plan makes more sense.
Medical assessment before treatment
- 02
Treating the fold
We place the hyaluronic acid along the fold gradually, making sure your expression still looks natural.
30 to 45 min
- 03
Results and follow-up
The fold looks softer right away, and the result settles over the following days. We give you aftercare instructions and schedule your follow-up visit.

What's normal and what to expect
It is normal to experience redness, swelling, sensitivity, small bruises, a feeling of pressure, pinpoint injection marks or small raised areas in the following days.
With skin booster treatments, you may notice small bumps or superficial irregularities that usually improve gradually within a few days.
Results develop gradually and depend on the product, the treated area, skin quality and your individual response. Multiple sessions may be required.
We look forward to seeing you for your follow-up appointment as recommended by your physician to evaluate your progress and determine the continuation of your treatment.

We answer your questions
Have another question? Message us on WhatsApp and our medical team will answer.
How much does nasolabial fold treatment cost?
Each syringe starts at $1.200.000. During your consultation we confirm whether that's enough for your case.
Do they disappear completely?
That's not the goal. The fold is part of your natural expression; we soften it so you look rested without looking stiff.
Does it hurt?
You'll feel pressure and a few pricks. Topical numbing cream can be used, and almost all patients describe it as mild, manageable discomfort.
How long does it last?
Usually several months; it depends on the product, your metabolism and how much the area moves.
Why are you suggesting I treat my cheekbone?
Because the fold often deepens when the midface loses support. If only the fold is treated, the result may fall short or look overfilled.
What side effects can it cause?
It's common to have swelling, tenderness or a mild bruise that go away within days. A serious complication is uncommon; even so, we explain which warning signs to watch for.
When can't it be done?
We don't recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection in the area, with uncontrolled autoimmune diseases, or if you're allergic to any of its components.
