Before you decide
Is it right for you?
We tell you frankly when this treatment is a good option and when we'd rather assess you first.
Ideal if…
- You've had liposculpture, a tummy tuck or another body surgery
- Your surgeon has already cleared you to start drainage sessions
- You want to control swelling and protect your result
- You need wound care with professional follow-up
We assess you first if…
- Your surgeon hasn't cleared you to start therapy yet
- You have a fever, bleeding or signs of infection: you should contact your surgeon
- You suspect a blood clot (thrombosis): pain and swelling in one leg is a reason to go to the emergency room

How we do it at Quantum
A medical protocol, not a catalog
Every plan starts with a consultation: we listen to what you want to achieve, review your medical history and decide whether this treatment is right for you.
- 01
Medical consultation
Before any treatment is applied, we review your case and explain what is possible and what isn't.
- 02
D10 Facial Scanner
Everything starts with a consultation, not a catalog: we analyze your skin and scalp before recommending any treatment.
- 03
Follow-up visit
We review the result with you and adjust the plan if needed.
What it is and how it works
Post-surgical care
After body surgery, the body builds up fluid and swelling. Our recovery plan combines manual lymphatic drainage, which helps move that fluid, wound care, and supportive therapies. There are two options: the basic plan, with 8 drainage sessions, wound care, and 4 ultrasound sessions, and the plan with 10 INDIBA sessions, drainage, and wound care.
It's for people who've had liposculpture, a tummy tuck, or another body surgery, already have their surgeon's approval, and want to manage swelling with professional follow-up. If your surgeon hasn't approved it yet, we wait. Fever, bleeding, or signs of infection are reasons to contact your surgeon, and pain with swelling in one leg requires emergency care.
Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes. Swelling goes down gradually. The basic plan starts at $750.000 and the INDIBA plan costs $2.500.000; we'll decide which one suits you at your post-surgical consultation.

Original products registered with INVIMA
- 01
Hand in hand with your surgeon
We don't replace their follow-up visits: we start when they approve it and follow their instructions on the compression garment and aftercare.
- 02
A gentle technique
Post-surgical drainage is done with gentle pressure, and we avoid forceful maneuvers that could damage healing tissue.
- 03
Wound care with clean technique
We handle wounds with aseptic technique and watch for signs of infection or seroma.
- 04
Warning signs from day one
From the first session, we explain that if you have a fever, discharge, worsening pain, or a swollen leg, you should seek care right away.

Frequently asked questions
We answer your questions
Have another question? Message us on WhatsApp and our medical team will answer.
How much does it cost?
We have two plans. The basic plan, with 4 ultrasound sessions, 8 drainage sessions, and wound care, starts at $750.000. The plan that includes 10 INDIBA sessions, plus wound care and manual drainage, starts at $2.500.000.
When can I start?
As soon as your surgeon approves it. That's usually within the first few days after surgery, although it depends on the procedure and how you're healing.
Does lymphatic drainage hurt?
It's done with gentle pressure. Sensitive or hardened areas may feel a bit uncomfortable, and we adjust the technique to how you feel.
Which plan is best for me?
It depends on your surgery, how large the area is, and how you're healing. At your consultation, we'll recommend either the basic plan or the one that includes INDIBA.
Does it replace my follow-up visits with my surgeon?
No. This is complementary care; your surgeon is still the one who oversees your surgery and its outcome.
Does it help with fibrosis?
Good care after surgery helps protect the tissue. If areas of fibrosis have already formed, we assess whether a treatment specifically for fibrosis is right for you.
What symptoms should I report?
If you notice a fever, wounds with discharge or a bad smell, spreading redness, pain that keeps getting worse, shortness of breath, or a swollen leg, seek care right away.
