- 02

Follow-up visit

What it is and how it works
Fibrosis treatment
After body surgery, you may be left with hard, uneven areas, or folds and dents: that's fibrosis. Using a fine needle, we apply recombinant enzymes to the affected tissue to help soften it, so the texture becomes more even and flexible. Depending on your case, we add drainage or INDIBA.
It's for people who are past the early stage of recovery and want to improve the texture and flexibility of the area. We rule it out during pregnancy and breastfeeding, if there's an infection, seroma, or open wound, and if there's an allergy to its ingredients.
The application takes 20 to 30 minutes and you go back to your routine the same day. How many applications you need depends on how extensive and how old the fibrosis is, and improvement comes gradually, over weeks. The 3 cc vial starts at $280.000 and includes a progress follow-up visit.

Original products registered with INVIMA
- 01
We confirm it's fibrosis
Not every hard area is fibrosis: before applying anything, we rule out seromas, infection, or other causes.
- 02
Allergy check
Before using the enzymes, we ask about any allergies and reactions you've had.
- 03
Applied only where it's needed
Our medical staff marks the areas and applies the product only where there's fibrosis, to protect healthy tissue.
- 04
Clear expectations
Improvement is gradual, depends on how old the fibrosis is, and may require several applications.

Frequently asked questions
We answer your questions
Have another question? Message us on WhatsApp and our medical team will answer.
How much does it cost?
Each 3 cc of recombinant enzymes starts at $280.000. The amount you need depends on how extensive the fibrosis is.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the size of the hard areas and how old they are. Some patients need just one application, while others need several.
Does it hurt?
You'll feel the pricks of a fine needle and some pressure. The discomfort is usually brief and tolerable.
How soon will I see changes?
Over the weeks after the application, the area gradually softens.
Does it have side effects?
The area usually has some swelling, redness, tenderness, or a mild bruise. An allergic reaction is uncommon; even so, we review your history before applying.
Can I combine it with INDIBA or drainage?
Yes. Depending on your case, we can add it to post-surgical INDIBA or post-surgical recovery care.
Who shouldn't have it?
We don't recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if there's an infection, seroma, or open wound in the area, or if you're allergic to its ingredients.
