How we do it at Quantum
A medical protocol, not a catalog
Every plan starts with a consultation: we listen to what you want to achieve, review your medical history and decide whether this treatment is right for you.
- 01
Medical consultation
Before any treatment is applied, we review your case and explain what is possible and what isn't.
- 02
D10 Facial Scanner
Everything starts with a consultation, not a catalog: we analyze your skin and scalp before recommending any treatment.
- 03
Follow-up visit
We review the result with you and adjust the plan if needed.
What it is and how it works
Sclerotherapy
In sclerotherapy, we use a very thin needle to inject a sclerosing liquid into each small vein. The liquid inflames the inside of the vein until it seals, and the body then gradually absorbs it. It's indicated for red, blue or purplish spider veins and for small varicose veins; if they're large or cause symptoms, they need a vascular assessment before any treatment.
It's for people who want to show off their legs with more confidence and can wear compression stockings after the sessions. We rule it out during pregnancy and breastfeeding, if you've had a blood clot or clotting problems that haven't been assessed, or if in the following days you'll be on prolonged bed rest or taking a long trip.
Each session lasts 20 to 40 minutes, and afterward you walk out and carry on with your day. Usually 2 to 4 sessions are needed, and results show gradually, over weeks. The price depends on the extent of the area to treat, and we set it in your consultation.

Your session
Step by step
Here's how your treatment goes, from the consultation to the follow-up visit.
- 01
Leg examination
We evaluate the size of the veins, your symptoms and your medical history. If we find large varicose veins, we refer you for a vascular assessment before any treatment.
Medical consultation before starting
- 02
Sclerotherapy injections
With a very fine needle, we inject the sclerosing solution into each vein we're treating. You'll feel pricks and, sometimes, brief burning.

- 03
Compression and follow-up
You put on your compression stockings, walk out, and we track your progress to decide whether another session is needed.

Less is more
We want you to look like yourself, at your best. These are the criteria we follow in every session.

Frequently asked questions
We answer your questions
Have another question? Message us on WhatsApp and our medical team will answer.
What does it cost?
The price is personalized and depends on how many spider veins need treatment and the number of sessions. We'll confirm it in your consultation.
Does it work for large varicose veins?
It isn't the right treatment for large or bulging varicose veins. In those cases, we refer you for a specialized vascular assessment.
Does it hurt?
You'll feel pricks from a very fine needle and, at times, brief burning. Almost all patients tolerate it without any problem.
How many sessions are needed?
Usually 2 to 4, a few weeks apart. It depends on how many veins there are and how you respond.
When will I see results?
Over the following weeks, the treated veins gradually fade; some may take months to disappear completely.
Does it have side effects?
Bruising and tenderness are common. Very small veins or brown spots may also appear nearby, and these are temporary. Serious complications are rare, and we teach you how to recognize them.
Can new spider veins appear?
Yes. The treatment closes the veins that are treated, but the tendency to form new ones remains. Some patients have maintenance sessions.
Who shouldn't have it?
We don't recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have a history of blood clots that hasn't been assessed or an allergy to the sclerosing solution, or if you're going to be on prolonged bed rest.
